1. Requesting an export
A dealership owner may request an export at any time in the privacy area of the workspace. We prepare it asynchronously and permit one queued, processing, or ready package per dealership. A new request may be made after a failed or expired package.
The request and every download-link request require the owner's current password. A ready package is available for thirty days; each download link expires after fifteen minutes.
2. What the package includes
The package contains the dealership data available to the service at generation time:
- dealership configuration, domains, translations, privacy settings, and organization-specific team details;
- inventory, equipment, translations, media, inquiries, customers, rentals, availability, settlements, and notifications;
- document templates, revisions, drafts, party and transaction snapshots, issued files, and delivery history;
- tenant-visible activity, data-rights cases, and local subscription, trial, and discount facts.
3. Format and integrity
The export is a ZIP package using schema miraride-portability/1.0. Records are UTF-8 JSON, timestamps are ISO 8601, money is represented in integer minor units unless a field says otherwise, and retained files use relative paths.
manifest.json lists every record set and retained file, its size and SHA-256 checksum, and any item that could not be included. The checksum shown in the workspace covers the complete ZIP package.
4. Exclusions and limitations
The package does not include data that is not the dealership's portable data or that would undermine another person's security or rights.
- other dealerships' data; credentials, MFA secrets, sessions, recovery codes, payment-card data, and provider secrets;
- source code, internal prompts and rules, proprietary derived metrics, and internal security, fraud, and error logs;
- temporary source material already deleted under the published retention schedule.
5. Switching to another service
You may start switching by giving thirty days' notice. We provide reasonable, secure assistance and the same export package without a switching fee. The ordinary transition period is no more than thirty days after notice; if switching is technically infeasible within that period, we explain why within fourteen working days and propose an alternative period no longer than seven months. You may extend the transition once for a period you consider appropriate.
After completed switching, we refund prepaid recurring service fees for the unused portion of the paid period on a pro-rata basis. External provider or professional-service costs you specifically approved are not part of that refund.
6. Retrieval, closure, and erasure
The export remains retrievable for thirty days. Closure uses the same package and keeps recovery and export access for thirty days. When that period ends we erase active tenant data, except narrowly identified evidence a law requires us to retain.
Encrypted backups expire through a maximum thirty-day rotation. If a backup is restored to recover from failure, recorded erasure instructions are replayed before the restored service is returned to ordinary use.
7. Assistance and contact
The package is designed for transfer without our involvement. If a documented technical obstacle prevents retrieval or switching, contact us at the address below. We will provide reasonable assistance while protecting other dealerships, authentication data, and our systems.
These commitments are contractual. Where the EU Data Act or another mandatory rule gives you stronger rights, that rule prevails.
