Your dealership decides why and how customer data is used. Oleks Tech OÜ stores and processes it only to provide miraride, under the data processing agreement. We separately control your account, billing, and support information.
How miraride protects data in daily work.
Sensitive data is encrypted
Contact details, private notes, driving licence numbers, VINs, registration numbers, rental condition notes, and document contents are encrypted separately. One stolen key cannot unlock every record.
Encrypted data stays with the right record
Every protected value is tied to its exact field and dealership. Moving the encrypted text to another customer, field, or dealership does not make it readable there.
Private data stays private while you search
Your team can find a customer without exposing their details to other dealerships. Name-prefix search is the one deliberate trade-off, documented clearly in our security guide.
A login stays with one dealership
A sign-in on one dealership’s address does not sign the same browser into another dealership. The browser credentials cannot be read by the other site.
Careful logs
Contact details, identity documents, free-form notes, credentials, and document payloads are never logged, and never reach an audit event.
No cookie banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
This website uses only functional language and security cookies, plus local storage for theme and a remembered workspace address. It has no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or optional tracking. Signed-in sessions and public protected forms use strictly necessary cookies; Turnstile loads only where abuse protection is needed.
Where customer data is handled.
The application and database run in Germany. Cloudflare provides file storage and domain services; Resend delivers service emails. Each provider, location, and transfer basis is listed in our sub-processor document.
